Cloud sign-in

Some services need you to sign in once. You sign in through a cloud browser, from the Marketplace. Nothing runs on your machine for this.

How it goes

  1. You choose a service in the marketplace and start the sign-in.
  2. CitizenAI checks that your wallet can pay for the browser time.
  3. A dialog opens and shows the cloud browser. You sign in there.
  4. The session ends and CitizenAI records the login for the agent.

The cloud browser is hosted by Browser Use. The agent uses the same cloud browser for its own work. You see it only when a step needs you, such as a password or a security check.

What it costs

CitizenAI bills each cloud browser session. The price is the Browser Use cost plus a percent markup.

  • A session starts only when your wallet covers 5 minutes of browser time plus the markup.
  • The browser stops at once when your wallet cannot pay. Add funds before you start again.
  • The charge follows the Browser Use cost so far. A later change to the markup does not refund earlier charges.
  • Charges show in your payment history.

When a partner pays for the agent, the partner pays for the browser time, not your wallet.

When it does not start

What you see What it means
Not enough funds Your wallet cannot cover 5 minutes. Add funds.
Wallet restricted A refund or a dispute holds your wallet. See Refunds.
Browser busy Another session for this agent runs. Wait and try again.
Unavailable The cloud browser is off or Browser Use is down. Try again later.

Your privacy

The live link gives control of the browser until the session ends. CitizenAI never shows it to anyone but you. Type passwords only in the dialog.

CitizenAI deletes each screenshot within 1 day and does not record sessions. Your sign-ins stay in your browser profile until you delete the cloud browser or your account. The Privacy Policy lists what the cloud browser processes.
